You and I are radiation, in shades of blue and violet. Moving through the dancing patterns, in waves that break the silence. I can show you what you're made of. ...take apart the world. No one knows just where we'll be in time, so take a breath and dive in. We've just begun to answer questions, that wake you in the night. So don't depend on ancient fiction, to get you through your life. I hope the future brings everyone else to see the light of reason. Space and time, you see, are all the that we'll ever need to save us.

CHORUS: I don't belong here, something went wrong here, I think I got carried away. I wish I were dreaming, I wish they would leave me, but they're coming to take me away. Have you ever felt fear before? Hoping desperately for help to come. Then you hear it scratching at your door... Pray for the Sun. Hear me out, somebody is looking for me. Ask me now, what have they done. Take my word, this is not benevolent. Hear this first, it's time to run. CHORUS I can feel it when the sun goes down, like someone's watching just beyond the trees. And every soul I tell is filled with doubt... Pray for the Sun. Break the angst, or somebody will break it for you. Change the Earth, or we'll disappear. Take the wheel, or life will take itself from you. You can dream, but it's all still real... CHORUS How I wish that I could sleep tonight... But the certainty of haunting dreams keeps an open eye. If you knew the things I see and hide, you'd hear this plea, and distance me, to try and save your life. Or at least you'd try... I don't belong here, something went wrong here, I think I got carried away. I wish I were dreaming, I wish they would leave me, but they're coming to take you away.

Inside a broken room, when the countries fell. We were broken too, peering into hell. But I reside with you in life and I see no concern within your eyes. And the sun may bleed when the moon takes flight. If you stand by me, this will be alright. Our only enemy is time and I have found the key to win this fight. In another world. In another time. When the fallout from this, the longest night. CHORUS: Hey! I don't think that we should alone, show me how. A million miles stand between then and now. Hey! If you can see my deepest fears, forget this pain. Then we can get through anything that blocks our way. It's a one way life on a sprinting clock. And you held on tight to the ones you've lost. It changed your once idyllic hand, and I will do my best to understand. We were all deceived by the ones in charge of this mutual dream that they left so dark But guide me through their master plan, in time we'll find our way to brighter lands. In another world. In another time. When the fallout falters tonight, when sunlight dies. CHORUS: I only worry where we go at the end of this lifetime if it takes me far away from you. When the summer sun sank low into bright waves of fire, you were the only prayer I knew.
4.
I am waiting for a train at two in the morning hoping I'll find you. I swear I can't recall your face so it's time to tell you. I'm tired of waiting for the stars to light this passage, you're still far out of reach. And every night I stretch my arms to their place of origin, I feel the same defeat. CHORUS: Slow your movements down, I can't keep up. You've thrown this man away. This one-way street just isn't love. x2 Have you ever seen the sun rise brokenhearted, it's light is cold and vague. In place of warmth there is a space where it's hard to focus, and I have lost my tastes. CHORUS I'm tired of the late nights, I'm tired of the moon, I wish you wouldn't see me right through. I'm tired of this winter light, I feel it in my bones, I hoped that you would guide my way home. Now I'm standing in your doorway, afraid to touch it. The missile's in the air. You told me once that this was lost, but I think I found it. Or maybe you don't care. CHORUS x2

Burn all the trees 'til we scorch the sky. This is the way we survive. Death is a demon with human eyes... he holds no sorrow for life. We've only concern for our own designs. Geology's lost on the mind. Blaming our losses on a God divine. How could such progress be blind? This is the dawning of a brand new age where light declines to shine, Welcome to Plastic Paradise. But we never mastered how to stay alive when we can't trust our hearts. This is a world of wolves in the dark. Fear on a screen feeds a fading brain, we earn our pride from our pain. Hunting the shadows we don't understand, yet there's nothing more deadly than man. This is the dawning of a brand new age where light declines to shine, Welcome to Plastic Paradise. But we never mastered how to stay alive when we can't trust our hearts. This is a world of wolves in the dark. We can't just wait for someone to show us the way to brighter times. (Will you not go?) Taking the long road to deconstructing a lie. One way or another, this world will change. Who will you be on that day? This is the dawning of a brand new age, where light begins to shine, free from our plastic paradise. We are the masters of our grand design, so please don't waste your time, no one will save you from your denial. (This is the way we survive) (This is who we are) This is a warning to our next-in-line, time's not on your side... hoping will only get you so far.

Every night, I close my eyes and slip into an ancient light. Rain falls... and thunder rages... and we are soaked in cool waves. I am comatose, lost in rumination, I hope this game has come to close. And you are truly close, you're a touch from animation, lost in the sound of this storm. Swim with me in cascade showers, a weightless dance, you overpower. I am lost in balmy eyes, but it feels like rafts in ocean tides.

Taking time to truly breathe, but heavy lungs press down on me. A thousand miles above your head is where I'd like to catch my breath. I'm tired of the day-to-day Everything moves too slow I just want to fly away but gravity pulls me home. No one wants to fall apart, I just want to live a different life, I can find a way to glide beyond, the world outside. All my life, I dreamed of gold, a place outside, the spaces we know. It's time to close my eyes, and kiss this Earth goodbye. If we can face our fears, then we're already here. I'm tired of the day-to-day Everything moves too slow I just want to fly away but gravity pulls me home. No one wants to fall apart, I just want to be a different man, I can find a way to rearrange, my best laid plans. Please don't close your eyes. I'm tired of the day-to-day Everything moves too slow I just want to fly away but gravity pulls me home. No one wants to fall apart, I just want to live a different life, I can find a way to glide beyond, the world outside. The world outside.

Adrift at sea, we're on the run. Like rockets sailing toward the sun. Through darkened storms and rolling waves, you tell me This world will follow suit one day. Attaining perfect chemistry A fluid contact we achieved Afloat for days on ocean tides, we don't sleep, there's no distress here in your eyes. On broken seas, your touch, is calming me and you must hold on to me for I am drowning. Your eyes alone are endless, like ocean depths below us, where monsters swallow us, but you are fearless.

Take me back through temporal ether, where summer days are long but we welcomed the night. When this man lacked daily fever, and we had time to heal, and love made things right. 20 years of information leave my skin traced with lines, what memories they hold... But there's one thing I can't manage, this one-speed, one-way ride, that keeps moving forward. CHORUS If I could, I'd take back, Every word that cut through you. This anger I put you through. If I could, I'd hold on to every word you said so long, for this name to carry on. The gift of hindsight is a torment, a perilous design of all things unseen. I hope in time I'll heed your warning, of moments I should try to comprehend this dream. CHORUS Why won't this clock work change? I'm drowning in it's face. Time won't cooperate, so I've no choice to make. I can only hope to keep everyone I love, everything I need... If truth is surely told, I know that time is on the run, and love must be let go.

I'm on a coast of sand, under painted skies, walking hand-in-hand. Sunlight it filters down, in analog waves of sound. Waters of emerald green on a different plane where the air is clean. Drifting throughout our dreams, you call my name, I'm free. Sunsets of ancient fire, a golden cast over shadowed light. A theatre of youth and life is in the stars each night. Distance is fueling me. When I left that pain, I could finally breathe, but there's bliss in proximity, when your gentle eyes are with me. Hang on to nothing at all, in these summer sands, I'll be your lover to hold, so you won't have to stand. Drifting through neon delights, under palm tree shade. Bonfires and radiant skies, they spell out your name. She breathes me in, She breathes me in, She breathes me in, She's my best friend.

The album tells a story through a loose narrative. Essentially about a man who feels persecuted in his native lands for thinking differently. Fear of what he would have to become to fit in, he sets sail across the sea with the one that he loves, letting go of who he once pretended to be to live in paradise. You can piece the story together in your own way!
